How it works ?

After a contact by phone, WhatsApp or email, the interview is scheduled. Confirmation of the interview is established by means of a deposit in a current account up to 24 hours before the first meeting. 

Customers located in other countries pay through Paypal. To do so, simply register on the website: www.paypal.com

The deposit must be made at Banco Itaú, and, for this purpose, bank details will be sent by email.  

Interview

After a detailed analysis of the most important issues, we will establish the focus to be worked on, the desired state, the evidence, the impediments, the time that will be needed (usually 6 sessions) and the investment value.

Thus, the customer has the option to close the package or not.

If the client accepts the conditions and closes the package, the sessions will be pre-scheduled according to the client's convenience and the availability of schedules.

Both the interview and each session last 50 minutes each.

Payment methods:

The value of the package can be paid in cash or in up to 3 installments  (via Paypal ).

Start of sessions:

1. We suggest that the customer prepares for the session a few minutes before starting the conversation.

It is important to take a few moments to relax and focus your attention towards a more suitable internal state.

2. To ensure better audio and video quality, we have some interaction options:

a) Skype video and audio.

b) Skype video and landline audio with headset.

c) Skype video and cell phone audio with headset and bluetooth.

3. We also suggest that the customer call if the interaction is via cell phone. However, when using a landline, the coach can do so.

4. It is convenient that we both have a pen to take relevant notes.

5.  The session will produce better results if there are no outside interruptions (people, noise, or cell phones).

6. After the session is over, the client will most often have a “homework assignment” to complete until the next meeting.

7. We ensure your privacy.  At the end of the 3rd and 6th sessions there will be a satisfaction survey questionnaire to assess whether the client has already achieved, at the end of the 3rd session , more or less 50% of the result that was agreed in writing in the interview and the same for the 6th session , but with 100%.

8. In some cases, a few more sessions may be necessary as the outcome of the process depends on variables other than the coach's skills and techniques, as it is an interaction. The coach assumes 100% of the responsibility for the 50% that falls to him. The rest is up to the customer to let himself be led, etc.

How to enable?

Access the Skype app online and download it for free if you don't already have it. I also suggest using a microphone or headset for better sound quality.
