Coaching Models

The American model (*)

The American Coaching  it is a process that aims to develop skills to achieve clear goals. Its proposal is to focus on two moments: the now (current state) and the future (desired state), from which strategies and competencies will be developed to achieve the goals.

Since it is sequenced, developed and directed with a focus on results, this style of Coaching awakens in the client great personal power: the ability to explore their personal talents and access external resources much more effectively; in addition to the flexibility to make full use of their intelligence and creativity and, thus, move quickly towards pre-established goals.

This process also provokes great commitment, as it delegates to the client a very active participation, since tasks are proposed after the sessions to keep the process alive in his unconscious during the week.

In this way, the client is challenged to think, connect with the objective, create alternatives, generate “insights”, make small new daily decisions and feel committed and co-responsible for the result.

The European model (*)

The European Coaching  is primarily focused on the development of behavioral and emotional skills. Although it works with a focus on achieving future goals, the European current understands that emotional and behavioral issues are most often the main reasons that sabotage the client's evolution towards achieving their goals.

In such cases, working the blockade will become a fundamental issue for the process to be successful. This coaching model will investigate, identify and transform these aspects in an assertive, fast and punctual way, using modern emotional and behavioral psychic reprogramming techniques.

In this approach, therefore, it is up to the integration of varied and modern techniques coming from different streams of accelerated human development such as NLP, EFT, Family Constellations, Time Line etc. to the future.

The integration of the two models (*)

Systemic Integrative Coaching integrates these two coaching approaches masterfully. The professional who uses this methodology in his work develops great technical flexibility and stands out, because at the same time he generates insights, commitment and movement towards the future, he also promotes the removal of challenging barriers quickly and comfortably. Thus, the process is able to move forward more easily and the objective can be achieved in a shorter period of time or a greater number of objectives can be worked on within the same period of time.
