O que é Coaching

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a partnership, in which the Coach helps the client to achieve the best result in his personal and professional life. It proposes to help the person to change, the way he wants, and to support the transformation to the best he can be.

Coaching is not self-help.

Coaching is not therapy.

Coaching is not counseling.

Coaching around the world

In the UK, 88% of organizations use the technique. In Australia, 70% of companies hire coaches. In the US, 40% of executives have already gone through the process.

In Brazil , the number of coaches increased by 207 %  (from 752 professionals in 2005 to 2310 in 2011).
The vast majority of Coaching schools in our country work with the American model, while few have incorporated the European model.
